Privacy Policy
Last updated · June 18, 2026
D M Enterprises is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to this site and clients we work with. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you provide directly. When you submit our contact form, send us an email, or sign a proposal, we collect the information you give us — typically your name, company, email, phone, and a description of the work you'd like done.
Automatic information. Our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard request data: IP address, browser type, referrer, and page visited. This is retained briefly for security and analytics, then deleted.
Analytics. We use privacy-respecting analytics to count page views and identify which pages perform well. We do not set cross-site tracking cookies and we do not build personal profiles of visitors.
How we use information
To respond to your enquiries, to deliver services you have engaged us for, to improve our website, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Cookies
We use a minimal set of cookies — primarily strictly-necessary ones to make the site work. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
Third-party services
Our site is hosted by Vercel and built with Next.js. When you contact us, your message is delivered via standard email infrastructure. Each of these providers has its own privacy policy, which you should review if relevant.
Your rights
You may request that we delete any record we hold about you. Write to hello@dmenterprises.co. We respond within fourteen days. Residents of jurisdictions with statutory data-protection rights (GDPR, CCPA, and similar) retain those rights as granted by law.
Changes
We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page and dated.
